Flying Fifteen 2019 National Championships Regatta
The Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron (RSAYS) and the FFIA Nationals Organising Authority extend to you a warm invitation to our Club situated in the Adelaide’s North West, sailing on the metropolitan waters of Gulf St Vincent.
RSAYS offers first class facilities both on and off the water including with marina facilities, launch facilities, formal and casual dining facilities and secure hardstand storage areas.

Entry Fee and other costs
The entry fee for each boat will be $385.00 (for a crew of two). The cost covers the welcome function, presentation dinner, souvenir shirts, and access of club facilities, daily prizes, trophies and engraving.
You will be able to purchase additional shirts, welcome function tickets and presentation dinner tickets.
Light lunches and drinks will be available to be purchased each day. These can be pre-ordered early in the day or at the start of the regatta.
If out of hours access is needed, then a gate token is available for a $30 deposit which will be refunded when returned.
A welcome function will take place on the Quarterdeck (if weather is fine) or in the upstairs dining room or dingy shed if weather is poor. Casual food will be provided for the Welcome Function, most likely a smorgasbord, and will include a first beverage.
A Presentation Function will take place on the last day of the regatta in the upstairs dining room. Most likely a 2 course, alternate drop food with beverages available from the bar.
Audio/visual facilities and PA system are available.
Launching and Hard-stand Facilities
RSAYS will provide 3 methods of launching and retrieving boats:
- Fixed electric crane;
- Dual concrete boat ramp;
- A 12T City Crane, supplied for the event by a regatta sponsor.
Hard standing facilities are available for the full fleet. Hard stand area is also available for container unloading, storage and reloading.
A winery tour including lunch is planned for Tuesday 1st January (New Year’s Day). This will be run by an external tour operator. Costs and details are to be confirmed.
