All nominations, crew lists and payments will be made using the SailSys entry system

REQUIREMENTS

Before you compete in your first race, you must have provided the Sailing Office with:

• Insurance Certificate of Currency - showing owner’s name, boat name, expiry date, min of $10 million Public Liability

• Safety Compliance Form (expires 31 August each year)

• AMS/IRC Certificate (if applicable)

These documents can be uploaded to your boat library in SailSys to complete compliance requirements

None! Members can enter one or any combination of the Series/Races listed below.

Fees MUST be paid at the time of entry using the credit card option through the SailSys secure gateway.

16 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $220
Women’s Series (PHS & AMS)
8 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $110 - includes free entry to the Women’s Keelboat Invitation Race
Twilight Series 1 (PHS)
10 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $170
Twilight Series 2 (PHS)
10 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $170
Small Boat Series (PHS)
8 races Div 1 & Div 2 - $135
Friday Afternoon Sternchasers (PHS)
12 races: all boats - $60 (or $5 /race for casual entries)
Standalone Two-Sail Races (PHS)
6 races, all boats - $100
SD Marine Winter Series (PHS & AMS)
6 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $115

Orontes Trophy (All boats - $25 on 18/10/25)
Glenelg Gulf Race - Thornquest Trophy (Allboats - $25 on 8/11/25)
Haystack Island Race - George Eimer Trophy (All boats - $25 on 21/11/25) Note: This race clashes with the Reverie Trophy race.
Tapley Shoal Race - Muirhead Trophy (All boats - $25 on 17/01/26)
Adelaide to Pt Lincoln Race (All boats - $25 on 13/02/26)
Snapper Point Race - Jubilee Cup (All boats - $25 on 14/03/26)

Women’s Keelboat Invitation Div1/Div2: (PHS & AMS - $25 on 30 Nov 2025 - automatic free entry for those in the Women’s Series)
Kaesler Cup (Div 1 & Div 2: PHS - (Sat 20 Dec 2025 - in conjunction with race 8 of the Inshore Series)
TG Flint Memorial (All boats: PHS & AMS - $25 on Sat 14 Feb 2026
James Howell Cup (All boats PHS - $25 on Sat 18 Apr 2026)

Organising Authority CYCSA - Entry via the CYCSA web site cycsa.com.au (starts 21/10/23)

CREW LISTS

An up–to–date crew list detailing all on board must be submitted before EACH race. The simplest way to do this is at the time of your initial entry. The list will then be stored and be available to be confirmed/updated through a smart phone or tablet on the day of the race.
