All nominations, crew lists and payments will be made using the SailSys entry system

REQUIREMENTS

Before you compete in your first race, you must have provided the Sailing Office with:

• Insurance Certificate of Currency showing owner’s name, boat name, expiry date, min of $20 million Public Liability

• Australian Sailing Special Regs. Equipment Audit Safety Compliance Form (expires 31 August each year)

• AMS / IRC Certificate (if applicable)

These documents should be uploaded to your boat library in SailSys to complete compliance requirements during race/series entry more readily

None! Members can enter one or any combination of the Series/Races listed below.

Fees MUST be paid at the time of entry using the credit card option through the SailSys secure gateway.

Inshore Series (PHS & AMS - Includes Club AMS Series)
15 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $225
Women’s Series (PHS & AMS)
8 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $120 - includes entry to the Women’s Keelboat Invitation Race
Twilight Series 1, 2026 (PHS - 2 Sail, non spinnaker)
11 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $180 - includes 2 Combined Series races with CYCSA
Twilight Series 2, 2027 (PHS - 2 Sail, non spinnaker)
12 races: Div 1 & Div 2 - $180 - includes 1 Standalone race & 2 Combined Series races with CYCSA
Small Boat Series (PHS - 2 Sail, non spinnaker)
6 races All Boats - $90
Friday Afternoon Sternchasers (PHS - 2 Sail, non spinnaker)
6 races: All Boats - $30 (or $5 /race for casual entries)
River Series (PHS - 2 Sail, non spinnaker)
3 races All boats - $45 (clash with some offshore races)

Offshore Series & Trophy Races (PHS & AMS)
8 races - $120 (includes the following Trophy races)

Kingscote KI - Island Cup (All boats - 18/09/2026).
Orontes Trophy (All boats - 17/10/2026) Note: This race clashes with race 1 of the River Series).
Haystack Island Race - George Eimer Trophy (All boats - 20/11/2026) Note: This race clashes with the Reverie Trophy race
Tapley Shoal Race - Muirhead Trophy (All boats - $25 on 05/12/2026) Note: This race clashes with race 2 of the River Series).
Snapper Point Race - Jubilee Cup (All boats - $25 on 16/01/2027) Note: This race clashes with race 3 of the River Series).
Adelaide to Pt Lincoln Race (All boats - $25 on 12/02/2027) Note: This race clashes with the TG Flint Memorial race.
Glenelg Gulf Race - Thornquest Trophy (All boats - $25 on 13/03/2027) Note: Run in conjunction with Inshore Series R13 and share part common course).
Port Vincent Destination Race (All boats - $25 on 26/03/2026).

CREW LISTS

An up–to–date crew list detailing all on board must be submitted before EACH race. The simplest way to do this is at the time of your initial entry. The list will then be stored and be available to be confirmed/updated through a smart phone or tablet on the day of the race.
