RSAYS Ltd is a limited liability company and acts as the landlord to the working Club (RSAYS Incorporated).
RSAYS Ltd owns the assets and develops them through capital expenditures. The Club leases the assets, operates them and maintains them.
RSAYS Ltd is governed by an independent Board of Directors and operates under the RSAYS Ltd. Constitution, which is separate to the RSAYS Inc Constitution.
The Board makes decisions as a fiduciary on behalf of RSAYS Ltd Members (shareholders). Voting members or Family Members of RSAYS Inc above the age of 18 years are entitled to be admitted to Membership of RSAYS Ltd. by applying to the Secretary.
RSAYS Ltd Board
RSAYS Limited is managed by a Board of Directors who are assisted by a non-voting Executive Officer. There must be at least 5 directors and at most 10 directors on the Board. Directors must be Members of RSAYS Ltd and are voted on at General Meetings.
